Merce
With a diverse background including years of experience managing office operations for several companies, as well as a range of clinics providing medical and mental health care, Merce brings a degree of expertise and customer service that has proven itself across an array of environments.  Most recently, Merce was responsible for intakes, scheduling, insurance verification and serving as a liaison between physicians and their patients at one of Wisconsin's largest health care providers. 

She is familiar and quite adept at knowing how to work with clients and their families and has done direct service in the area of physical therapy, drug and alcohol screens, as well as made recommendations to circuit courts for treatment of those she has worked with.

This wealth of experience behind the scenes and in working directly with children and their families has resulted in an approach to her work that conveys professionalism, respect and compassion for the children and families that MCA serves and makes their time here all the more comfortable.
